Abstract: This case is a follow-up case for Telia Finland (A), concentrating on the year 1998. The entrance to Finnish mobile telephony service market has not been a completely rosy one for the Swedish telecom company Telia. The case highlights some of the problems leaving students to seek for strategy to overcome the obstacles and to penetrate the market.
